The Missing Decision is a diagnostic tool for boards and executive teams that makes the problem measurable and actionable. The workbook helps you map decision rights across the organisation - what gets decided centrally, what locally, and where it's unclear - and strengthen your decision readiness before a crisis puts it to the test.
